Hey Alex,
Sorry I missed your last question. I’m a fan of the soft and medium duros. Since the bushings are a bit wider, they will have a bit more restriction since they’ll hit the bushing seat earlier upon turn/compression. However, they ride really nicely in Paris 180s, and the amount of rebound is incredible. My favorite Nipple setup for freeriding is medium duro tall barrel boardside, soft short barrel roadside.
