  2. Dinner. 3/4 lb Atlantic salmon pan-seared filet with home-made Asian maple glaze, broccoli (steamed w/ a halved garlic clove & a bay leaf) & rice. YUM. -Mike

     

  3. Late Night Snack. Fat free plain Chobani greek yogurt, Upstate Harvest blueberry crunch granola, whole almonds, mixed frozen fruit and natural VT maple syrup. YUM. -MG

  5. Post-Workout Smoothie. 

    1 cup pineapple juice, 8oz fat free plain greek yogurt, 1 large banana (quartered), frozen mixed berries, 1 raw egg (rinsed), 1 scoop 100% whey protein (optional). About 55g total protein (30g without whey protein). Prep time: 3-5 minutes. Very easy, very delicious and very protein rich. It’s my go-to. - Mike

     

  6. Happy Valentine’s Day! 

    Excited for a special day with my beautiful girl. So many treats!

  7. Feast. Last night my lady friend came over and we made a gigantic meal. Chicken fajitas with chopped tomato, a whole heap of fresh homemade salsa, whole wheat tortillas, sautéed onions and peppers, sour cream and cheese. Frank’s Red Hot, Red Bull and some vino to finish it off. It was damn delicious. -Mike

     

  8. Breakfast. 3-egg omelet with chopped onions and tomatoes, mozzarella and mexican cheese blend, “camp mix” spices and Frank’s Red Hot with the leftover tomato, onion and cheese on the side. Yum. -Mike 

     

  9. I was in charge of making dinner, so I made this potato, tomato, onion, chicken and mozzerella layered dish with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt pepper and garlic. Good, healthy and easy! -Mike

     

  10. Chicken Sliders. This is how my dad uses up one leftover chicken breast and half a baguette. #Boss. Chicken pan-fried with bread crumbs and parmesan, on baguettes with mayo, scallions and tarragon. Yum. -Mike

  12. Fruit Snacks. 

    Just snackin’ on some stuff before dinner. In the foreground are Cara Cara oranges - a hybrid of pink grapefruit and standard oranges. Just had my first one ever, and it was delicious. Am I the only one who never knew about these?  This is life-changing.
